These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TTRPG Solutions, LLC ("Timescry," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Timescry website, web application, Discord bot, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, connecting a Discord server, or otherwise using the Service, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Timescry is a group scheduling platform designed for recurring game groups — including but not limited to tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs), board games, trading card games, and other social gaming activities. The Service enables organizers ("GMs" or "hosts") to:

You must be at least 13 years old to use Timescry, consistent with Discord's minimum age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
By using the Service you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
Access to Timescry requires authentication via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for:
You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their express consent, or use automated means to create accounts.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Free tier. Timescry offers a free Starter tier with limited features. No payment information is required to use the free tier.
Paid plans. Paid subscription plans ("Adventurer," "Dungeon Master," or future tiers) are offered on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Payment processing. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full payment card details. Your use of payment features is also governed by Stripe's terms of service.
Metered usage. Certain features (outbound SMS and email notifications above your plan's included credits) are billed on a metered basis at the rates listed on our pricing page. Metered charges are calculated monthly.
Cancellation. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account's billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' advance notice of any change to subscription pricing. Continued use of a paid plan after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, such as game names, descriptions, schedules, and location information ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
You represent that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights and that you have all necessary permissions to share any personal information about other users (e.g., contact details you provide for other players).
We may remove or disable access to any Content that violates these Terms or that we are required to remove by law.
The Service integrates with or relies on third-party platforms and providers, including:
Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
The Timescry name, logo, visual design, and all underlying software are the property of TTRPG Solutions, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to our intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Service as described herein.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Scheduling assistance is provided as a convenience tool. We make no guarantee that notifications will be delivered, that sessions will be successfully scheduled, or that any particular outcome will result from your use of the Service.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TTRPG SOLUTIONS, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@timescry.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TTRPG Solutions, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to informal negotiation by contacting us at support@timescry.com.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This section does not preclude either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
